Another Good Week

It was another good week! 4 more pounds found their way out of my body and into oblivion!! I'm getting closer and closer to my goal weight and oh so close to the lowest I've ever weighed in my adult life. My GOAL weight is 197 lbs (100 pounds weight loss). The lowest I've weighed in my adult life is 219. Both these milestones are just on the horizon and VERY obtainable for me.



Thanks to Flash for the YOAD approved Jambalaya recipe. It rocks! Losing weight and eating food that is so good and so good for me, who can complain?

  2. You look very good! You should be very proud of yourself. Not easy to lose...easy to find it. LOL
    What is a typical days food jounal for you? My husband and I are gearing up to follow the program. In the first two weeks do I have to pick soup for example and eat only soup for the next two weeks for lunch OR can I select from the lunch options for a limited varity?

  3. You can see my food journals for a few days in the "June Archives".

    You do NOT have to have soup everyday. You don't have to have the same thing every day. You can pick any menu choice from the lunch choices and eat that, then choose something else from the lunch choices the next day. Personally, I eat salad almost everyday for lunch, it's easy and I don't have to fret or think about what I'm going to eat.

  4. WOW!!!! I have just started reading your blog, you rock!!!
    I love this plan... I could be a spokes person for Dr OZ because I believe in the plan so much.
    I did the plan last fall, lost 45lbs and 8 inches off my waist, but then for some reason I stopped....{quit}
    I am back to it now and looking forward to feeling strong and healthy again.
    Thanks for sharing your story...thanks for inspiring me to stick with it.
