Rich, That is really fantastic! I'm such a visual person, so graphing out what I've done so far is a huge motivator for me (and I'm an accountant so it's just part of my nature...lol)
Thanks, Elizabeth. I just wish I knew more about html and/or Excel to be able to post a clearer graph on the blog. It was kinda squirelly getting a picture of my graph and then posting it. Any, it accomplishes its purpose, it's just not that pretty.
I have a great program that will take a picture of part or all of the screen and create a .png or .jpg from it. It's called SnagIt. The website is www.techsmith.com if you want to check it out. It's only like $30 and there's the free trial to see if you like it first.
I just happen to be reading my PC WORLD magazine and they had an article about capturing an image in windows VISTA and saving it as a .jpg. Who would have thunk Vista comes with this tool built in. It's called "Snipping Tool" and it's really easy to use. If you have VISTA, it's hidden at Start>All Programs>Accessories>Snipping Tool
WOW! I just stumbled across this blog and it is so motivating. I am going to follow your progress but my next stop on the computer is to look up this diet plan. Some friends and I started a bet from June 1 to August 31 for $100 each to see who would lose the most...winner gets $1000. I am currently winning with a weight loss of 24 pounds but I am barely in the lead and I need to lose 130 poubds total so I have a long road to go. Way to go Richard and your weight loss looks fantastic!
Thanks and WELCOME Larkinsa. I am truly humbled by the fact that I have inspired people like yourself to make a change in your life. GET THE BOOK. VISIT THE WEBSITE. And you can do this too!!! It isn't magic, it isn't luck, it's a plan that really works. Is it too late for me to get in on the bet?? LOL.. Good luck and keep in touch!!
