Just a Little Bragging

Today I went to work and wore a very loose 38w Dockers pants. It was an amazing feeling. And yes, I got a lot of compliments. At home, I've been wearing my 36w jeans lately, and they fit very nicely. When I tell people I am still trying to lose another 20 pounds, they tell me, "no way, that's too much, you'll be too skinny".. OMG "TOO SKINNY" I've never heard that before with reference to me. I'm charting new waters here, but I think I'm liking the boat ride.

  7. How wonderful Rich! I'm sure at a 36W you are going to be great! They are right though, you don't want to be "too thin". Make sure you are looking at your BMI to be sure it's at a safe range.

I'm so PROUD of you!! Actually, I'm proud of all of US!!
    WTG everyone!!
    Hugs,
    Shannon

P.S. Rena--I'm so sorry for you and your family. I hope that all of us are changing in time to prevent that same kind of tragedy.

  10. Thanks, WestcoastDiva!! You really DON'T have a long way to go, you just have your 1st pound and your 1st inch to lose. That's it! Just do that, then worry about losing that second pound and that second inch. It's just Baby steps Diva, and before you know it, you'll be running !!!
